Octavo, 404pp. Publisher’s original green cloth, title stamped in gilt on spine. Yellow endpapers. Intermittent foxing. Corners and top spine end rubbed, worn through in places. Shelf wear to covers, soiling to front cover. Complete with frontispiece, map and three plates all present, offsetting of plates to opposite page. (Sabin 92821) A very good example.
