This book is inscribed to Mrs. Alice Hafner Dunn, wife of Charles Wesley Dunn. While attending Princeton University, Charles W. Dunn (1885-1959) was a student of President Woodrow Wilson, and Wilson had “a great influence on his intellectual development.” Dunn later became a corporate attorney, specializing in food, drug and antitrust law. As a professor at New York University, he founded the Food and Drug Law Institute.
