Housed in publisher’s slipcase, gilt title on spine, fine. This copy is still in the publisher’s shrink wrap, with publisher’s sale tag on back panel. It has not been examined outside the shrink wrap.
This edition was signed by President Bill Clinton and limited to 1500 copies.
