An early issue of the first edition, with the “l” missing from “should” on the footnote of page 41. Includes half-title. Previous ownership bookplate affixed to front free endpaper. Solid text block, faint foxing to fore edge and endpapers, lightly bumped corners. Lacking the publisher’s ads at the rear. A well-presenting example.
