Corinne Roosevelt Robinson (1861-1933) was the youngest sister of President Theodore Roosevelt and an accomplished poet and author. In the 1890’s, she traveled with Theodore and Edith Roosevelt to the Dakota Badlands, which gave her better insight into his love of the outdoors. She was a frequent visitor to the White House, often staying up all night in conversation with her brother. Her literary works include: Call of Brotherhood (1912), One Woman to Another and Other Poem (1914), Service and Sacrifice (1919), My Brother Theodore Roosevelt (1921), The Poems of Corinne Roosevelt Robinson (1924), and Out of Nymph (1930).
