Bob Feller (1918-2010) was a Hall of Fame pitcher for the Cleveland Indians, playing with the team from 1936-1956, with an interruption to serve in the Navy during World War II. He was an eight-time All-Star and helped the Indians win the World Series in 1948. During his career, he pitched three no-hitters and was the MLB strikeout leader for 7 seasons. He was elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962 and remembered as “the greatest pitcher of his time.”
