Folio, [34pp]. Full paper boards, spine in vellum. Title stamped in gilt on spine. Housed in publisher’s gray slipcase, title on label affixed to front panel, some toning to edges and a bumped corner along the top edge.
Full colophon reads: “Two hundred and fifty copies of this edition… have been printed for James Laughlin in the summer of 1957 on the hand press by Richard von Sichowsky, Hamburg. The type used is Garamont-Antiqua from the Lettergieterij foundry, Amsterdam; the paper was handmade by J.W. Zanders, Düren and the binding is done by Theophil Zwang, Hamburg. This copy is number 246.”
